As an experienced facilitator Julia has the ability to tune into her audience allowing her to constructively yet directly challenge them, which in turn enables them to reflect on their leadership behaviours and check out if they are congruent with their declared values. She creates an environment that empowers teams to step out of their roles and think creatively about future opportunities, developments and products in a way that encourages new thinking.

Julia has worked extensively with people from all professions in development programmes of up to 100 and larger conference events as well as on a one-to-one basis. She works with her clients to design pioneering interventions that support the growth of system and organisational capacity, capability and behaviours that enable agility to change, resilience, performance and sustainability.
